Annual
Meeting
Notice is hereby given that an Annual Meeting of the Four Regions Trust will be held pursuant to the provisions of Section 158C of the Electricity Act 1992 on
Wednesday, 29th July 2026
at 12.30 pm
at the Celebrity Lounge, Wanganui Function Centre (Wanganui Racecourse),
Purnell Street, Whanganui.
AGENDA:
- Minutes for Annual Meeting of 23rd July 2025
- Annual Report and Financial Statements - The Annual Report and Financial Statements will be presented at the meeting.
- Auditors - To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution – “That the Trustees recommendation of auditor be appointed as auditors of the Four Regions Trust”.
- Auditor’s Remuneration - To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution: “That the Trustees be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor for the financial year ending 31st March 2027”.

The Trust area covers all or part of four regions
The area covered by the Four Regions Trust includes the Whanganui District, the Rangitikei District, as well as parts of both the South Taranaki and Ruapehu Districts.

The Trust donates to many worthy causes in our area
Over the past 5 years the Four Regions Trust has made over 462 donations totalling over $4.9 million dollars to worthy causes in our four regions.

We want your
Donation Applications
To all organisations within our boundaries the Trust wishes to advise that we are committed to giving donations at this time of great uncertainty. Our goal is to continue to help those who need it the most when they need it the most.
Applications to the Trust can be made at any time and are considered three times a year. The closing dates for each round are 28 February, 30 June and 31 October.
