Notice of Annual Meeting

FOUR REGIONS TRUST (Formerly the Powerco Wanganui Trust)

Notice is hereby given that an Annual Meeting of the Four Regions Trust will be held pursuant to the provisions of Section 158C of the Electricity Act 1992 on Wednesday, 29th July 2026 at 12.30 pm at the Celebrity Lounge , Wanganui Function Centre (Wanganui Racecourse), Purnell Street, Whanganui.

All persons (including corporate and unincorporated bodies) who or which reside or carry on business or activities in the Four Regions Area (as defined in the Trust Deed) are entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting. The “Powerco Area” is the area within the boundaries of Power Board District as specified in the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electricity Supply Licence 1986 dated 24 March 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 3 April 1986 at page 1390.

  1. Minutes for Annual Meeting of 23rd July 2025
  2. Annual Report and Financial Statements
    The Annual Report and Financial Statements will be presented at the meeting.
  3. Auditors
    To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution –
    “That the Trustees recommendation of auditor be appointed as auditors of the Four Regions Trust”.
  4. Auditor’s Remuneration
    To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution:
    “That the Trustees be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor for the financial year ending 31st March 2027”.
